Delete Your Mechy Account
You can request deletion of your Mechy account and associated personal data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
How to request deletion
Email support@carfix24.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Delete My Account.” Include your full name and the phone number on your account so we can verify your identity.
We will confirm your request within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted

| Driver's license data on file | Deleted |
| Vehicle profiles | Deleted |
| In-app messages | Deleted |
| Saved payment methods (tokenized with Stripe) | Deleted / detached from your Stripe customer record |
| Service and payment history | Retained in de-identified or aggregated form, or as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations |
